Badung (February 25, 2025) - National Socioeconomic Single Data (DTSEN) has now entered the ground checking period. Minister of Social Affairs Saifullah Yusuf (Gus Ipul) said that even though it is final, ground check and updates are factors that must be considered so that the data remains up to date.

"Now is the ground checking period. Of course, this data needs to be updated continuously because some have died, or moved. But if the data is the same, later we will intervene in a more targeted manner," said Gus Ipul after dialogue with the Social Pillars at the Badung Puspem, Bali, Tuesday (25/2/2025).

In the updating process, coordination between the central and regional governments becomes very important. The social pillars, especially PKH companions as the vanguard of the Ministry of Social Affairs who interact directly with the community, are the spearheads for updating and maintaining data validation.  To carry out the above roles properly, Gus Ipul invited all pillars, especially PKH companions, to understand the updating procedures. Therefore, he invited all companions to take part in the updating training, which will be carried out via a zoom meeting with Statistics Indonesia (BPS).

"All PKH companions tomorrow must participate in the first updating coordination with BPS," said Gus Ipul.

To support the updating process, Gus Ipul also advised the social pillars to improve coordination with other companions, such as village companions, BKKBN companions, and local government officials.

Gus Ipul hopes that there will be no more sectoral egos that can hinder the updating process and implementation of social protection and welfare programs.

"Tomorrow, PKH companions will take part in a briefing with me and BPS, later they will meet with BPS volunteers. At the right time, they will meet with village companions, cadres.

No more sectoral egos, we must work together at the grassroots level," he said.  Not only strengthening collaboration and coordination, Gus Ipul advised all social pillars to be disciplined, work according to regulations and obey the code of ethics. He also emphasized the importance of the pillars to work measurably by considering the results of the work.

"Meet the target, both qualitatively and quantitatively. Learning to measure that it must have output, there must have impact as well," concluded Gus Ipul.
