JAKARTA (20 February 2025)  Head of Statistics Indonesia (BPS) Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti gave special appreciation to Ministry of Social Affairs (MoSA) for its contribution to complete the National Socioeconomic Single Data (DTSEN). President Prabowo's direction to compile single data without cross-sectoral collaboration would not have been realized.

"Thank you to the Minister of Social Affairs (Saifullah Yusuf) with a sense of relief for submitting the Social Welfare Integrated Data (DTKS)," said Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti after submitting the DTSEN to MoSA at the Bappenas office, Thursday (20/2/2025).

She also thanked other related ministries for submitting the Socioeconomic Registration (Regsosek) and Targeting for the Acceleration of Extreme Poverty Eradication (P3KE). The data was also matched with PLN and Dukcapil data. "So, we complement each other which is finally complete," she said.

On this occasion, Minister of Social Affairs Saifullah Yusuf (Gus Ipul) said that the preparation of DTSEN began with President Prabowo's mandate to him and Vice Minister of Social Affairs Agus Jabo to start working at MoSA with accurate data. He is grateful to be able to collaborate with other ministries and institutions to carry out this mandate well.

"It is truly one thing that can be said to be a new historical record in data matters," he said.

He said that efforts for Indonesia to have one data had been carried out repeatedly. Finally, new single data could be realized. "In the era of President Prabowo, with clear direction and with the openness of all ministers, it can finally be realized," said Gus Ipul.

On the same occasion, the Minister of National Development Planning or the National Development Planning Agency (PPN/Bappenas) Rachmat Pambudy expressed his gratitude and special congratulations to BPS, Kemenko Pemas, and Kemensos for the completion of DTSEN. Like Gus Ipul, he said DTSEN was a new history for Indonesia.

"I honestly just realized the good name, DTSEN, the deputy said it's like a sign, to the left, to the right," he said.

DTSEN is an integration of three main databases, namely Social Welfare Integrated Data (DTKS), Socioeconomic Registration (Regsosek), and Targeting for the Acceleration of Extreme Poverty Eradication (P3KE). This data consolidation is then cross tested by BPS with the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) owned by the Ministry of Home Affairs to ensure data accuracy. In the future, DTSEN will become a new reference for all ministries/institutions and local governments for the distribution of social assistance and empowerment programs that are more targeted.

After being signed by the President, DTSEN will then be submitted to the Coordinating Ministry for Community Empowerment (Pemas), Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos), Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) and Ministry of National Development Planning (PPN) or the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), to conduct random testing, data updates and program references.
